We ordered the 2,7m Harvest Table in local oak. It arrived within the specified lead time, and was carefully delivered.
The unveiling filled us with excitement and awe: the choice of oak was as I hoped: full of character , with areas of knottiness and some areas with quilting formations. No matter which angle we study it from ,it continues to delight.
The inaugural family meal was just as memorable: roast salmon side with salad, preceded by salmon and cucumber blinis and MCC. We look forward to many more gatherings around this characterful creation from GoodOak. Thank you to everyone who took great care and demonstrate skill in making this table for us.
This product also delivers on one of our key demands: absolute value for money.

We couldn't be happier with the incredible work the team at Good Oak did restoring our oak furniture. The transformation is amazing! They managed to remove the water marks and restore the timber beautifully while preserving the natural character of the oak. It honestly looks as good as new.
From the first interaction to the final delivery, the service was professional, friendly and efficient. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional, and it's clear they genuinely care about the quality of their work.

Phoned these guys as a bit of a random customer interested in some of their oak hardwood sawdust chips - absolutely legendary service.
After a miscommunication situation I had gone through to their premises and was unable to contact them correctly or get in to the correct place, as a result I left understandably frustrated, along with a few missed calls.
Not only did the owner personally get in touch with me only a few hours later, they offered to deliver me the sawdust item completely free of charge to make up for the inconvenience.
If that isn't a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service, I can only imagine what type of quality and service one can expect from any other aspect of their business.

Absolutely unbelievable service from these guys. They went above and beyond. I ordered a large table top for a standing desk (for work) and the wait was well worth it: Lucas made suggestions about how it should be mounted and ensured it would not warp over time. The American Oak is something special. 10/10.

We've been over-the-moon with our oak dining table and benches.
We love the care taken in the design and craftsmanship of our set - from the mortise and tenon joints, to the shadowline where the legs meet the table top.
The customer-experience we experienced was prompt, friendly, and informative from initial contact to delivery.
We'll definitely be in contact with Good Oak again, and can't recommend them enough.
Thank you, Lucas and team!

Love my table and benches. The customer service that Good Oak provides is really unmatched in the industry. They even went as far as sanding and re coating the benches and table for me in a satin finish at my house after my kids left some oily marks on the initial matt finish.
