We have a reliable chain of suppliers for raw mild steel, including services in specialised welding and epoxy (powder) coating that all come together in producing steel frames in various shapes and sizes, to a high-end professional finish.

We can work with and offer the following steel consumables in manufacturing your custom designs:

• 12×12, 16×16, 20×20, 25×25, 32×32, 38×38, 50×50, 76x76mm mild steel (1.6mm wall thickness) hollow square bar.
• 25×12, 38×20, 38×25, 50×25, 76×25, 76×38, 76×50, 100x50mm mild steel (1.6mm wall thickness) hollow rectangular bar.
• 10×10, 12x12mm mild steel solid square bar.
• A wide range of flat bar in widths from 20-100mm, in thicknesses from 3, 5 and 6mm (thicker available upon request).
• Various fittings including castor wheels, spacers and other finishing items.

We have a standardised process for all projects that include the production of 3D renderings in order to detail and clarify the final design/s needed. These are accompanied by a quotation and lead time, after which sign off is completed and the job approved.
